Her works have been exhibited in various group exhibitions in Puerto Rico, Spain, France, Turkey, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Germany, China, Argentina and the United States. It was one of 10 finalists of Luces de America contest National Geographic in Spanish, August-2005 Edition. In 2008 won third prize in the inaugural First Edition of Young Art Contest - Oriental Group and was short list finalists in the International Painting Contest Castellón Spain.  Receives Lexus Grant in 2009 for her project Out of Oil. 2010 exhibited the project OUT OF OIL at the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico.
 

Castillos work has been reviewed in publications such as Art Art Nexus, Art Pulse, Arte al Día among others. Recent exhibitions are Muestra Nacional 2013 Arsenal de la Puntilla ICP, PR, Interconnections Museum of Art of Puerto Rico, Spirit of the Epoch-A decade of Painting, International Museum of Contemporary Art in Lanzarote, Spain, When a Painting Moves Something Must be Rotten ... Stenersen Museum in Oslo, Norway. [Curator Paco Barragán] among others.

She is currently in Puerto Rico working on her upcoming projects.
